Walking Around Waterfall

Em modo começo da viagem de comboio de 15 horas entre Delhi e a fronteira com o Nepal, na fronteira sigo de autocarro até Kathmandu, acho que são entre 8 e 10 horas, depois devo ficar uns dias pela capital enquanto renovo o visto da India e faço um Trek... A imagem é de Manali, aldeia que visitei entre Dharamshala e Leh, uma pequena mas linda queda de água no meio do nada...

Already to begin my journey between Delhi and the Nepal border, 15 hours by train, after that i will take a bus to Kathmandu, i think it's between 8 and 10 hours, i will stay some days in the capital to renew my visa and do some trek... The image it's from Manali, the village where i been between Dharamshala and Leh, a small but beautiful waterfall in the middle nowhere...

Walking Around Nepal I

Hallo minha gente, já estou pelo Nepal, depois de 14 horas de comboio e 2 de autocarro entre Delhi e a fronteira, e mais 9 ou 10 entre a fronteira e Katmandu. Cheguei vivo mas todo partido, é assim a vida de quem não consegue dormir em nada sem ser em uma cama... Fiz visto para duas semanas, em principio será este o tempo que vou ficar por cá, hoje já estive na embaixada da India para fazer novo visto, demora mais ou menos 10 dias até o processo estar terminado, depois volto a seguir para a India, talvez Goa.

Ontem e hoje andei aqui pelas ruas, estou mesmo no centro na parte completamente turística mas se andar um pouco encontro umas ruas engraçadas para fotografar com vendedores de rua, casas antigas e coiso e tal...

Hallo my people, i'm already around Nepal after 14 hours by bus 2 by bus to the border and after 9/10 between border and Kathmandu. I arrived alive but my body feel like i was running the marathon, this is the life about someone just can sleep on a bed... I get 2 weeks visa, this is the time i will spend in Nepal, today i've been at the Indian embassy to get a new visa because i want come back to India, maybe Goa...

Yesterday and today i walked around, i'm in a tourist place but a walking distance i can find good places to take pictures, people selling vegetables, old houses and something more...

Walking Around Sea

Amanhã de tarde tenho viagem marcada com destino ao Nepal, vou de comboio até à fronteira, mais ou menos 15 horas de viagem durante a noite e depois tenho de encontrar um autocarro para me levar até Kathmandu, capital do Nepal... A fotografia nada tem a ver, é das ilhas Mentawai, Indonésia, onde estive e onde quero muito voltar, em viagem quase tudo é perfeito, mas na Indonésia existe algo de diferente, existe uma sintonia perfeita com o mar...

Tomorrow afternoon i already have booked trip with destination Nepal, i go by train to the boarder, about 15 hours of travel during the night and then have to find a bus to take me to Kathmandu, capital of Nepal. The picture it's about other place, Mentawai islands, Indonesia, where i've been and where i really want return, when i'm traveling almost everything it's perfect, but in Indonesia is something different, there is a perfect harmony with the sea...

Existem as pessoas inteligentes e depois existo eu :D ah e tal vamos para 5600m de altitude onde está a nevar de calções e chinelos, a sorte foi que estavam a fazer a festa por lá e deu para dançar um pouco :)

I know two types of people, the intelligent and me :D oh yeah let's go to 5600m of altitude where is snowing with shorts and slippers, lucky they was doing a small party and i gave a little dance :)

Walking Around Ladakh V

Já deixei a zona de Ladakh e voltei para Delhi, vou ficar por aqui dois ou três dias e depois sigo viagem por terra até ao Nepal, aqui estou em casa de Girish onde já tinha ficado em outras três ocasiões nesta viagem, se tudo correr como penso a minha estadia no Nepal não será muito grande, entre duas a três semanas, a principal razão é o de renovar o visto da India e fazer um pequeno trek. Para não variar a viagem no norte até Manali (depois apanhei outro autocarro até Delhi) foi de doidos, o nosso condutor provavelmente estava a treinar para uma prova de rally, 12 pessoas no mini autocarro mais o condutor o saldo foi, uma mulher indiana vomitou, outra ia branca parecia que estava morta, outra a última hora foi ajoelhada no meio do corredor do autocarro e uma israelita começou a chorar depois de pedir três vezes ao condutor para ir mais de vagar, ao que me parece que ele percebia, vais mais rápido... As outras pessoas como eu pareciam que iam normais, mas por dentro o coração estava parado... O problema é que a maior parte da estrada é no meio das montanhas, sobe e desce e sempre à beira de precipícios sem a mínima protecção, o mínimo percalço e lá vamos ver se temos asas, e infelizmente por estas bandas não é assim tão anormal de acontecer...

I already left Ladakh and come back to Delhi, here i will stay two or three nights and after i go from road to Nepal, here i'm at Girish home where i already stayed in the last three times in this journey. I think i just will stay two or three weeks around Nepal, i want go there firstly to renew my indian visa and also to do a small trek. Like normal my travel between Leh and Manali(here i took a normal bus to Delhi) was crazy, i think our driver was training to next rally championship, twelve and the driver, so, thirteen persons inside the mini-bus, one indian woman vomited, other was white like dead, another one the last our traveled by knees on the middle of the bus and a israeli woman begin crying after ask three times to the driver go slowly, i think he understood please go faster, go faster... The other persons like me seemed that we were normal but inside our heart was stopped... The problem is that most of the journey it's in the mountains, up and down always on the brink of precipices without the slightest protection, the minimum setback and there we will see if we have wings, and unfortunately it's not so rare to happen...

Olá olá, os meus últimos dias foram passados por Nubra Valley, um vale rodeado de montes que fica em Ladakh, deixei Leh, capital de Ladakh de taxi partilhado juntamente com um casal de polacos, pai e filho checos e um rapaz dinamarquês, foi uma jornada de duas noites e três dias até voltar a Leh, estradas de cortar a respiração mas com paisagens lindas sempre com pequenas vilas pelo meio. Um mês depois deter chegado a Leh, está na hora de mudar de localidade embora fique muito por fazer pelo norte da Índia, é uma boa desculpa para voltar, amanhã estou de volta a Delhi, mais um percurso entre mini autocarro e autocarro de dois a três dias.

Hello hello, my last days were spent in Nubra Valley, one valley surrounded by hills in Ladakh, i left Leh capital of Ladakh shared a taxi with a polish couple, father and son from Czechs and a Danish guy, it was a journey of two days and three nights before return to Leh, breathtaking roads but always with amazing landscape with small villages. A month after i arrived in Leh it's time to change location although it's much to be done here in northern India, it's a good excuse to come back some day. Tomorrow i'm back to Delhi, another two to three days journey by bus and mini-bus. 

Walking Around Ladakh IV (Birthday)

Esta foi a paisagem do último dia do trek, o tempo estava bom, a água era entre o azul e o transparente, só apetecia mesmo nadar mas o nosso guia disse que não se pode nadar porque nos últimos anos todas as aldeias próximas vinham lavar roupa, carros, motas etc. aqui e poluíram as águas, ao olhar, pela cor da água não parecia, mas estando na Índia acredito perfeitamente. Sem dúvida é um local perfeito para estar, ou neste caso, quase perfeito...

This was the view the last day of the trekking, the water was between blue and transparent, just felt like want swim, but our guide said you can't swim because in recent years all the nearby villages came washing cars, bikes, clothes, etc. here and polluted the water, looking for the color the water didn't look, but being in India i believe perfectly. No doubt it's a perfect place to be, or in this case, almost perfect...

Walking Around 5 Months

Faz hoje 5 meses que comecei esta viagem, 5 meses de pessoas novas, pessoas brutais, 5 meses de locais novos, locais brutais,  5 meses de muitos bons momentos e sentimentos, 5 meses de alguns maus momentos, 5 meses a partilhar, a aprender, 5 meses a viver... e muito, muito mais...

I started this trip five months ago, five months of new people, amazing people, five months of new places, amazing places, five months with so many good things and feelings, five months with some bad things, five months sharing, learning, five months leaving... and much, much more...

Walking Around Kalachacra 2014

Decorre na cidade de Leh, local em que estou desde 23 de Junho uma cerimónia Budista de nome Kalachacra, é uma cerimónia em que o Dalai Lama dá ensinamentos e onde é possível obter a iniciação ao Budismo, este evento é comparado a Fátima ou ao Vaticano, estas duas semanas Leh é a capital da Índia e não só, viajantes de todo o mundo, Budistas e não Budistas não querem perder a oportunidade de saber um pouco mais sobre o tema...

As palavras de Dalai Lama que ficaram na minha memória hoje: "Mais importante do que qualquer religião é o respeito e ajudar as pessoas, caso não seja possível ajudar, pelo menos não magoar"

Around Leh, place where i'm since 23 June a Buddhist ceremony the name Kalachacra, it's a ceremony where Dalai Lama gives teachings and where you can get initiation to Buddhism. This two weeks Leh is capital oh India, thousands of indians and travelers from all the world Buddhists and not, don't want lose the opportunity to now more about Buddhism...

The words of Dalai Lama who remained in my memory today: "More important than any religion is respect and help people, if you can't help, at least don't hurt them" 

Walking Around Ladakh II

Esta é a paisagem onde acampamos a segunda noite, sempre junto a um riacho para usar a água para cozinhar e beber. Entre as 8 e as 9 da noite ficava completamente de noite e era altura de ir para a tenda dormir, bastante frio de noite e ás 6 da manhã o nosso cozinheiro fazia de galo com o chá :)

This is the landscape where we camped the second night, always near a stream to use the water for cooking and drinking. Between 8 and 9 pm get completely dark and was time to go sleep, really cold at night and at 6am our cook wake up us with tea :)

Olá Olá,

cheguei ontem do trekking pelos Himalayas, foram 8 dias e 7 noites entre Rumste e Tso Moriri. Estou todo partido mas foi muito bom, 7 noites a acampar em que não dormi mais de 4 horas por noite, andar em média 6 horas por dia, chegamos a uma altitude máxima de 5600m mas o normal foi andar entre os 4800m. As paisagens eram sempre brutais, com e sem neve, com e sem sol, sempre com frio. Fica aqui uma fotografia do primeiro dia, o nosso acampamento.

Hello hello,

i already arrive from my trek around Himalayas, were 8 days and 7 nights between Rumste and Tso Moriri. I have my body broken but was really good, 7 nights camping were i didn't sleep more than 4 hours each night, walking around 6 hours each day, we reached a maximum altitude of 5600 m but the normal was walking around 4600m. The landscape were always amazing, with and without snow, with and without sun but always with cold. Here it's a image about first day, our camp.
